A great story about people who have found each other and have become friends. They come from different places and different kinds of people: Kampli, Equians, Aviars, and Serpenti. They are struggling through the desert to warn others about the crazy man who is trying to rule the world and everyone in it. They fight to save the desert people, and learn many life lessons along the way. Looking forward to the next book.
