Trackers, Book 2
Written by Patrick Carman
What an interesting book. This is book 2 in Patrick Carman’s Trackers series. I basically starts up where book 1 left off, and seeing as I had not read book 1 I was kind of lost to start with. But it didn’t take long to catch up. This is a very up-to-date book that the students will love. It is all about computers, spying, hacking, and friendships! And to top it all off it is interactive with a website. At the end of each chapter there is a password for a website and a video to watch that is an important part of the story. Although if you don’t have online access it also has the script in the book to read. It was great to watch these videos! You were able to see what the characters looked like, you could see what the scenery was like. And you could feel and see the suspense in the characters. I would definately recommend this book for 4th grade on up. I loved it.

I’m sure there are many stuedents in our school who would take this book home and watch the videos. It sounds like a winner!
Now this one sounds like the boys would like it. I like the interaction it has with viewing things on the computor.
I love this authors other series Land of Elyon. I look forward to reading this one now.
Thanks, We are looking for some new series books.
I think our students would love this.
