Audiobooksync.com is once again offering the SYNC summer program, where each week of the summer teens and other interested listeners can download and keep two new digital audio books: a recent young adult title paired with a classic literature title.
To receive weekly alerts when new books are available to download, TEXT syncya to 25827. You can also sign up for email reminders at http://www.audiobooksync.com/, or just check the website each week.
The free audiobooks are accessed through the Overdrive app and service. Secondary students and teachers in Granite School District can also check out other audio books and ebooks all summer long through their school’s Overdrive service. The Salt Lake County Library System and the Salt Lake City Public Library also have ebooks and audiobooks available through Overdrive to all library card holders.
