Aubrey, a 5th grade student at my school, absolutely loves to read! So when she saw this new book on my desk she could not wait to get her hands on it. She gave it 5 Stars. It is about a boy named Albie who struggles with learning. He was kicked out of his last school because he was not smart enough. When he begins attending a new school he sits with the cool kids and they reject him. So he meets this girl named Betsy and they become friends. He then becomes friends with some of the cool kids but they don’t want to accept Betsy. Albie tries to get Betsy to be cool and hang out with his friends, but Betsy does not want to, so Albie secretly puts notes in her desk, with hints on how to fit in. She finds the notes and gets very angry at him. At the end of the book Albie finds out that being himself is really what makes you cool and that is enough.
