Mio lives in London with her parents. She was given instructions by her grandfather shortly before he suddenly died about a special gift (a sword) that she was responsible to protect. Years later she remembered the “sword” and wanted to use it as part of a costume for a party. She took the sword and strange things started to happen.
- She was told that there would be shadows and blood.
- She was hit by a car and nothing happened to her. (Except it scared her friend very much.)
- A boy from a reoccurring dream came to life to protect her.
- People were being killed by a 7 tailed black cat.
- The cat wanted “her” sword.
- She and her friends were taken into the “Spirit of London.”
- She fought the cat with such fury and strength given her from the sword that she killed the cat.
Just to name a few…
Mio and her friend Jack (short for Jacqueline) were successful in recovering Jack’s sister and Mio’s friend did not die.
This was a page turning story of a Japanese Myth. This is a story full of twists and turns and challenges that had to be conquered.
