Penguins really are the perfect animals to send into space. This book is a mix of Star Trek, Battle Star Galactica and Star Wars and rolled up in to one. As the spaceship “Tunafish” is hurled into deep space, Captain Krill and his five penguin crew have to keep their spaceship intact, as well as protect the universe. I really like that the book includes a glossary, discussion questions and a writing prompt.
