By Allen Say
A memoir of the first three years Allan Say spent in America, told in a long picture book format. I really enjoyed the different styles of illustrations, including traditional picture book style, his signature style of paintings and drawings, and the use of photos. Good for students interested in learning about what life was like for Japanese Americans after World War II.
