If you want a fun story to share about hugs and love, this darling book is it! I shared Hug Machine with the lower grade students for Valentine’s Day and they loved it. The book is about a boy who hugs everything, even spiky porcupines. What happens when he runs out of energy? He eats pizza. One of the cutest books I have read. The illustrations are simply wonderful.
