The Watchmen of Port Fayt

The Watchmen of Port FaytWritten by Conrad Mason

Joseph Grubb, an orphan, works at his uncle’s tavern. His uncle reminds him constantly that he is worthless as he is half-goblin and half-human. Joseph dreams of leaving his uncle’s place, but doesn’t know what he would do. He lives in Port Fayt, a place where humans and magic folk live together. One day a customer drops a package and Grubb quickly picks it up and finds himself thrust into a mystery. What is in the package? Why are so many people anxious to have the package? Who can Grubb trust and not trust? I enjoyed the book, but the style of writing is sometimes difficult to follow. But keep reading, the story is a lot of fun.
