Burning Midnight pits four teenagers against evil billionaire Alex. Sully is a sphere dealer in the flea market to help support himself and his mother. No one knows where the spheres came from, but burning a pair can make you a little better. Perhaps making you smarter, taller, faster or give you other abilities depending on the color of the spheres. One day Sully meets Hunter and they decide to hunt for spheres together. When they find never before seen gold spheres, Hunter ends up burning them to keep them away from the evil Alex. What happens next affects the whole world which the four teens must fight to save.
