Princess Pink and the Land of Fake-Believe, #4
By Noah Z. Jones
Princess Pink is on another adventure in the Land of Fake-Believe. She meets up with her friends Moldylocks and Jack, and together they decide to have a “three scary movies” night, complete with dressing up as Wereworms. But there is a problem…no snacks! Jack has jelly beans, but the flavor? RADISH!! Princess Pink throws the beans out the window and when taking a break after the first movie, the friends discover a Snackstalk growing in the yard! Will the friends decide to climb the stalk or eat it? Find out when you read Jack and the Snackstalk. This book is number 4 in this very funny series for young readers. These books are easy chapter books with loads of illustrations. They are very popular at my school with the girls as well as the boys. I love the humor and play on words that these fractured fairy tale stories offer. The colorful illustrations are equally hilarious. After reading this book I gave it to a student and Kylie said, “This is so funny. It is the best one yet in this series. I hope the author (Noah Z. Jones) will write more books.” I do too!!

Great review Renee, thanks! This looks like a fun series.
Nice. Thanks.
The students really enjoy this series at South Kearns. I’ll have to put this next one on our list to get. Thank you for the review!
I have never seen this series – it looks like a lot of fun! That’s why these book reviews are so helpful!
We got the first one from a Scholastic book fair and it has been very popular!
I’m looking for more easy chapter books. These sound like a great choice,
