Written by Kelly Dipucchio, Illustrated by Eric Wight
As Bacon gains fame, he forgets his old life and friends and pursues his popularity. But he soon finds out the true meaning of “Everyone Loves Bacon!” This is a funny little book with an ironic twist at the end. The colorful illustrations have a retro diner look about them that is perfect for the story. The children I read this to got a big kick out of Bacon: “He’s so funny with a mustache,” “He’s driving a car, he is funny,” and other comments along those lines. Some kids even thought they could smell bacon! All the children gave this book a five-star rating so I guess that proves that “Everyone Loves Bacon.”

We almost got this book for our library, but I wasn’t sure what the students would think of it. Sounds like it would be a hit. Thanks for the review.
I read this book to my 5th and 6th graders. They loved it. It made us all hungry for bacon.
We have a long list of holds on this book at our library. It is a funny book and the twist at the end is funny.
This has become a well loved book at our school as well!
