The Hide-and-Scare Bear

Bear, who loves to play Hide and Scare, learns a valuable lesson from a brave little rabbit who teaches him, as well as his friends, that kindness is the answer. This is a beautifully illustrated, sweet and charming picture book about changing behavior in a positive way. The rhyming text is simple and flows nicely whether read out loud or silently. As I mentioned, the illustrations are beautiful, soft and colorful and very eye-catching. I think this is a great book to teach kindness in the face of bullying.
