Let’s Celebrate thanksgiving Day explains the history behind Thanksgiving. It has good illustrations and is written simply for its intended readers. I appreciate that it covers the history of Thanksgiving and not how we celebrate Thanksgiving today. This would be an informative book for young readers. Unfortunately, this book does not have a glossary or bibliography that most nonfiction books have.
