John Adams: The 2nd President is part of a biographical juvenile literature series called “A First Look at America’s Presidents.” It is a basic sketch of John Adams’ life and contains some very interesting facts and trivia. For younger grades, this is a great introduction into the life and presidency of John Adams. The pages contain a perfect amount of information without providing too many details. The information is interesting and the pages are colorful and have a nice layout with lots of illustrations, photos and fact blurbs.
