Rusty and Rojo are two foxes that have planted and raised a lovely vegetable garden. They are gathering ingredients to make their Rabbit Stew. They need crunchy carrots, lean green runner beans and various other ingredients to make their splendid Rabbit Stew. Throughout the book the reader sees the rabbit family with very worried looks on their faces. A surprise waits for the rabbits, as well as the readers, at the end of the book.
Cute and entertaining. K-3 readers will love this book.
