I have to start with saying that I love Christmas books! That being said, this sweet coming of age story was very poignant. Christa’s family is supposed to spend Christmas in Europe, but it turns out that her parents are getting divorced so it will just be Christa and her mother. As she comes to terms with this major change in her life, she learns new things about herself and her parents, makes new friends and comes to the realization that even though her life will be different now, it can still be good.
