Creature Keepers and the Perilous Pyro-Paws

Creature Keepers, #4

Written by Peter Nelson and Rohitash Rao

In what feels like the conclusion to the Creature Keepers series, Jordan, Abbie and Eldon face one of their biggest challenges yet: the rebellion of all the cryptids! While trying to understand the creatures’ change of heart, the Keepers old nemesis, Chupacabra, turns up again to reek havoc of his own. Can the kids get the cryptids to join forces before it is too late? Or is this the end of the Creature Keepers? There is definitely lots of action in this book, but like the others, the story gets overloaded with mini-adventures and it starts to drag. The ending is a bit over-dramatic but all in all, it’s a decent book that will appeal to fans of the series.
