I read this book to my lower grades and they absolutely loved it. Such a cute story and fun illustrations. Penelope is a young T-Rex. Her first day of school is a little scary, especially when she likes to eat children. No one will be her friend (because of the child-eating thing) and it makes her very sad. She learns a lesson from a dinosaur eating fish and ends up being very happy with friends at school.
