Little Fox in the Snow

A short picture book filled with poems about the adventures of Little Fox. I found it interesting that the author chose to include realistic aspects of a fox’s life (hunting rabbits, running from wolverines, finding a mate) in a children’s picture book. Luckily, the illustrator never shows Little Fox killing his meal because young students will pick up this book over older students who would understand these realistic concepts.
