A silly, slightly spooky story about cousins trying to help their friend Mickey find his way home from 13th Street. This is the fourth book in the series. I believe it would be helpful to read the first book in the series to understand the context and what 13th Street is. This is an Easy Chapter Book. It has short chapters with lots of black and white pictures. I liked the chapter progress bars at the end of each chapter and the encouragement to continue reading. It also introduces some Spanish words. Readers will enjoy the fun humor!
