Wednesday and her detective pal Woof are on the case again. This time however, they receive help from her new friend Mariposa and her service dog Ruthie. In this book Wednesday gets to solve two cases. The first is the case of Mrs. PomPom’s missing orange syrup. The second is when Wednesday’s brother’s drone goes missing.
Mariposa also wants to be a detective like Wednesday. Together they work to find both thieves. Only the thief of the drone is not who you would suspect.
This book introduces another service animal for juvenile diabetes. It again has great little encouragements along the way to keep the reader going. Like the first Wednesday and Woof, The second has wonderful pictures, guides to clues, word count, and chapter hints to the story.
