This book is best for mid-grade readers and up. It covers general information about categories of plants, not individual species. The illustrations are striking and will catch the readers attention, but when giving facts I prefer actual photos to be included so we, the readers, can see true examples, not renderings. The oversized pages might make it difficult to shelve.
