I wasn’t sure what I would think about this book at first, but I was pleasantly surprised! The story follows Aria, who works alongside the Wind as a “Windling.” When the Wind goes missing, Aria and her gryphling (half lion/half eagle) must go on an adventure to save the Wind and more.
I did appreciate that the story moves quickly! There are parts that could have dragged but the author made it much quicker than it could have been. Plus, I love when you get to the end of the book and you are like “Wait!! That is how that thing at the beginning connects?” and then your mind blows–this had it, so that’s awesome!
