Written by Jan Eldredge
Magic, adventure, and unexpected friendships. This is a tale of Nimbus, an abandoned black kitten who was saved by Fletcher, a curious little boy, and the two bond immediately. Soon Nim feels it is her responsibility to care for Fletcher, and when he mistakenly releases a goblin that harms them both, a misunderstanding leads to Nim being abandoned far from Fletcher. Once again Nim is saved, this time by a special rat who leads her to Agatha, a witch, and her beloved cats. While on her adventure to get home and save Fletcher, Nim discovers much about herself and what she must do to protect the boy. Nim also learns that she is not the typical black cat that she once believed herself to be!
