This book is about witches. It was fun to read. The more books you read in the series, the better it gets. In this fourth book, it is Effie’s 12th birthday but she is more interested in finding the missing mermaid. The mermaid has been kidnapped and Effie wants to find her. People who like fantasy books will like this book. I really liked the end of this book and would recommend it!
