Love, the Earth is a picture book written in the form of a letter from Earth. The illustrations are bright and beautifully done in mixed media. The text features rhyme, alliteration, and assonance. In the letter the Earth speaks to the reader, letting us know the Earth will take care of us. Earth asks us if we will take care if it? Earth shares all the great things that make up the planet, and Earth lets us know that even though we’re small, we can make a difference. Probably for grades K-3.
