A joyful family story with vibrant, bright illustrations. I loved the idea of the tamale battle, when family comes together for a tamalada. Wait, there is only one tamale left! Of course, both siblings and their cousin want it. A fun family battle ensues with lots of fun antics and laughter. It’s a cute concept and I am eager to make this book available for check-out, especially during Hispanic Heritage month.
