The Man Who Didn’t Like Animals

Written by Deborah Underwood, Illustrated by LeUyen Pham

I highly recommend this book. It is a wonderful story about a man who dislikes animals because he loves his clean and tidy house. Throughout the story he gets more and more animals. In the end it reads, “The man loved his tidy home…but he loved animals more.”
This teaches children that they can love something but love something more and that is okay. It also ties into a famous song. I won’t give it away.

Great for all ages. You should have this in your library.
