Cadence said she liked the book because it helps people learn the five senses. Her favorite part was when the mouse read mouse tales. I liked the book because it wasn’t geared towards boys or girls; it was very gender neutral, which is a nice break from some of the other picture books I’ve read lately. The illustrations were well done, and it sort of makes you want a pet mouse.
