This book is about a boy who is different from all his classmates. He finds a friend in the ghost of a girl who has died. Together they help other kids who feel different. I think it is a nice book on making friends with everyone and enjoying each other’s differences. I do not think this book is appropriate for young children because it talks a lot about suicide. The ghost girl died by suicide and all of the group of friends have contemplated suicide. The book does go into detail about what each child was going to do.
