Wild Blood is the 3rd book in the Horses of the Dawn Trilogy and I enjoyed it. This was a great series that told a story from a horse’s perspective. The main character Estrella is born in captivity on a boat and at a very young age she starts out on a journey to find a land of sweet grass. She is then joined by other horses who trust her as a leader to find the land of sweet grass and freedom. Along the way they have to work together to survive.
