This was an interesting read. It’s a wordless graphic novel about a boy who gets frustrated that he can’t catch the forest monster. He draws the picture and pretty soon the monster is outside his window. The monster likes to play hide and seek but the boy gets really frustrated. He stomps home and goes to bed which makes the monster sad. The monster lays out the boys net and shoes on the front stoop and then waits. When the front door opens and the boy sees his things, anything could happen.
I was disappointed that there wasn’t more to the story but the illustrations are pretty amazing.
