The title of this book had me curious, and it turns out to be a lovely story with art to match. Hare lives in a marvelous meadow, but could there be something better “out there” waiting? Sometimes this is an answer one can only discover on their own. Hare sets out and learns that there are many beautiful places. The one thing no other place has is, of course, his friends. Which is what makes his home the best place in the world. This story would be a great read aloud that could flow into a conversation about this beautiful world, friends, and home.
