Media Secretary Book Talks 2011

Last week we had a meeting of the secondary media secretaries and media clerks in which we shared book talks and discussed the latest in children’s/young adult literature. The following were books brought up during the meeting. This list has a combination of books that are the most popular at individual schools, as well as personal favorites and recommendations of media staff.  There are a lot of great titles here, so, enjoy!

(In addition to these titles, other of the titles discussed in the meeting can be found under Cindy Moyle’s Favorites for 2011 and Josh’s Mock Newbery 2011.)
