Two years ago Carrie Ryan debuted with The Forest of Hands and Teeth, a entrancing tale of dystopia, adventure, and doomed romance set against the backdrop of a zombie apocalypse. The Dark and Hollow Places, released tomorrow, is her third novel set in this world, following on the back of The Dead-Tossed Waves.
This week Ryan celebrates the release of her new book with two appearances in the Salt Lake area. On Tuesday night she will speak at the Main Library in Salt Lake City, while Wednesday evening will find her at the Jordan Landing location of Barnes & Noble in West Jordan.
