Dragon Masters (Series)

Dragon Masters by Tracey West is definitely a series we will be getting for our Library. It is an early chapter book that will be great for boy and girls alike. Rise of the Earth Dragon is the first book in this series and it introduces us to Drake. Drake is working on the family farm when he sees the kings guards coming. They tell him he is to come with them and live from now on at the castle. Drake had never seen a dragon before and in fact didn’t believe they could be real. Now that he is at the castle he not only has seen dragons, but he has one of his own to train. Drake, along with Ana, Rori and Bo, learn all about their dragons, how to connect with them, and begin the training. This is a wonderful Easy Chapter book that has great illustrations to help the reluctant readers.
