This is a very sophisticated children’s cookbook. The recipes look so fancy and delicious, I had to try one. I made the “Gelatin Art” and it was a big hit, both with taste and appearance. The recipe worked perfectly and the instructions are easy to follow. I especially like that the back includes technique tips. Though no recipe requires baking, several require microwaving and one requires heating ingredients on the stove top. I am pleased that young cooks can add a little la-de-dah to their day.
