I really liked this book of love, loss, and finding yourself. Maia is a 17 year old girl that struggles with depression after her mother leaves her and her father, and then her father remarries. She and Billy end up running away together to find her mother. I found myself longing to go whale watching, driving up the east coast finding yummy food and lighthouses :)
This was such a great story about teenage depression, it touches on levels that only someone (the author) that had suffered it before knows all too well. A great read.
