Timmy Failure is about a boy who is a detective. In this volume he goes with his mom and her new husband on their honeymoon to Key West, Florida. They are also joined by the new husband’s nephew named Emilio, who is completely different than Timmy. Timmy and Emilio find a new case and do their best to solve it, and along the way they become more like a family. Most of the book is lighthearted and goes by quickly.
