To Kill a Kingdom

Read this book in Granite’s OverDrive Digital Library

This book has been a delight to read. The writing is beautiful and powerful with imagery, diction, and syntax. You have two protagonists that end up being antagonists as the chapters exchange from 1st person Elian to 1st person Lira. The author depicts ruthlessness vividly in her characters as they vie for redemption. The tone is clear and pronounced throughout the text.
Periodically some foul language is used, but it is not threaded throughout which is a huge deterrent for me when I read.

Get ready for an adventure.
