Twenty-One Steps is a beautiful book that teaches about the tomb of the unknown soldier. It also teaches about the sentinel guards, from the Army, who guard the tomb 24/7, rain or shine. These men and women protect their fellow soldiers who have paid the sacrifice, making sure they are never alone. The illustrations are beautifully done, and the text is written with heartfelt meaning. I think it is a great book for the Media Centers of today.
