The Boy Who Loved Maps

Written by Kari Allen, Illustrated by G. Brian Karas

If you were to create a map, where would it take you? The Boy Who Loved Maps is about a young mapmaker. A girl visits him in his treehouse. She asks him to make her a map and he responds, “What of?” The girl charmingly describes her perfect place, and the young mapmaker works to create a map to lead her there. In addition to cute illustrations and vivid descriptions, this story has a whimsical, poetic feel as you join them on their journey of discovering where the map, and friendship, leads. A delightful read!
