Turbo is a delivery truck that only knows one speed and that is fast. He loves fast because slow is just boring. One day, all the delivery trucks had a job except Turbo. The only delivery left for the day was fragile. Was Turbo up for the job? While on his special delivery Turbo learns that slow does not need to be boring as he is careful to let a family of ducks cross the road and to enjoy the sights for the first itme.
This brightly illustrated book teaches young readers that it is good to slow down, to enjoy life around them, while accomplishing all in a day. This book would be a delightful read aloud for a younger audience.
