Written by Ana Punset, Illustrated by Diana Vicedo
Claudia and her family have just moved to the Land of Unicornia. Her parents have opened a shop that sells magical food, such as lollipops that morph into different designs by your thoughts. Claudia is nervous to begin school at the Unicornia Academy of Magic. With help from her new friends, she learns to fly a unicorn and pass her first flying exam.
This is a cute story of friendship and trusting in yourself. The format is perfect for independent readers that are excited for chapter books. The illustrations are lovely and pink, so pink one can almost smell cotton candy floating from its pages. Students that love glitter, rainbows, magic, and of course unicorns will adore this. Interesting fact: This book was first published in Spain (2022) and has recently been translated in English.
