There were things I liked and disliked about the book Keep it Like a Secret. I liked that one of the characters Claire was not afraid to leave home if she needed space. In the book she and her mom get into a fight and she decides to leave home to go with her friend until she felt good going home. I didn’t like that the author has written some swear words. In my opinion, that could inform kids that swearing is ok. My favorite part is when they say we all live uncertain times but what helps the most is the people who are close to you.
