First look at this book, one might think that it is a book about trees. It is that and so much more. This informational picture book shows how branches spread and connect in nature and all living things. This book enlightened my mind on a subject that I never thought much of. The illustrations steal the show, with their detail and use of color. The helpful back matter brings it all together. After reading this book, one will be prone to look and notice branches all around. Good STEM book addition for a curriculum supplement.
