La Noche Before Three Kings Day

A great book that gives a look into Three Kings Day, which is celebrated throughout Latin America, Spain, and Europe. The text is in the rhyming style of “Twas the Night Before Christmas.” I like how some words are in Spanish, but even if you don’t know Spanish the illustrations show you what it is, so you can infer. After family celebrations, children place wrapped boxes by the front door for the 3 Kings who come a bring gifts. It was a delightful way to learn about a cultural holiday.
