Book 2 in The Genius Files, Never Say Genius continues the cross-country travel adventure of twins Coke and Pepsi. They are part of a government plot to solve the problems of the nation. Traveling with their wacky parents in a RV across the U.S. to attend their aunt’s wedding, they encounter extreme attacks and visit serious historical places (which we are told really do exist). Because this is the second book in the series, it took me a while to follow the story line, and would recommend reading Book one first to really enjoy the series. The book has connections to google maps and gives directions so the reader can follow the trip. Dan Gutman is an author with a big following at our school, so this book will probably move also, but I intend to purchase book one.
