Little Red’s Riding ‘Hood

Little Red's Riding 'HoodWritten by Peter Stein, Illustrated by Chris Gall

Little Red’s Riding Hood makes fairy tales cool for boys to like. I’ve never seen a fairy tale retold like this one, and I loved it! I think this book might get rid of the “fairy tales are all lovey-dovey and girly” stereotype, and show the boys that they’re for them too! Little girls will love to read this with their dad, uncle, older brother, grandpa, but also with their moms. Boys will like the concept of the story with it being cars and other vehicles. Wonderfully written book with fun illustrations. Highly recommend this one for every elementary library!
